By accessing or using hworkerz.com (hereinafter “the Site” or “our Site”, operated by TechMediT, Inc.), you automatically agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with legal provisions, and the latest version of this Privacy Policy will be published on the Site, so please check this Privacy Policy regularly to follow any potential changes thereto. Following registration, when you establish your profile on the Site as a Freelancer, Outsourcer or Freelancer/Outsourcer, you will be asked to provide additional information. Such information may include: your name or company name; age; physical address or company address and tax number; education details; work experience; skills; contact details; and location. Once you register on the Site, your username and all information provided on your profile page (including your uploaded files, your profile photo or company logo, your ratings and feedback information, and any other information that you may choose to add to your profile) is made public and becomes visible to all registered users of the Site.

• We may ask you to provide financial information such as your credit/debit card number and your preferred payment method.
• We may collect information from projects and project history, including attachments (if any).
• We may collect information that you provide using the services offered by our Site.
• We may ask you for information to investigate an issue or a complaint reported by you or a complaint that we have received about you.
• We may keep a record of correspondence between you and HWZ.
• We may keep a record of details of the messages you send and receive via our Site.
• We may also collect technical information from you such as your IP address, software configuration, operating system, metadata, viewed pages, location, and use of cookies.

How we collect your personal information

Most of the personal information we collect is provided directly by you by filling in your profile page on the Site, completing surveys, and sharing project details and other information on the Site. Users may also decide to give us permission to connect their HWZ account to their other accounts on third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Google). When you use a third-party service (such as Facebook or Google) to login to your HWZ account, we automatically receive certain information such as your registration and profile information. Technical information is collected indirectly and automatically through our systems.
